A woodland run to our lovely local beach will round off the first day nicely.
Today we get moving with an early morning run to the beach followed by a healthy breakfast and a morning of sea kayaking.
Then you are welcome to head off and enjoy our local spa and a full body massage.
But if the thrill of adventure is still calling you are welcome to opt in for an afternoon activity instead.
